Any time I need something, the Office Manager, Anna, and maintenance guy, Jose, are quick to respond and take action. Things get fixed within a timely manner, communication is good, and they are friendly.

Very great place. Large floor plans. Convenient location. New property manager Anna Is wonderful. She does what she says and says what she means. Couldn’t be more happier with her running things now. Definitely will be renewing my lease thanks to Anna Taking over

I just moved here less than a month ago. I could not be happier. I went with one of the brand new upgrades. I have 2 story 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath with a loft. It’s more like a house or a condo then an apartment. It’s huge. Everting is brand new. I love love the black trim And then modern light figures. Jackie is absolutely amazing. She is always willing to help and takes my concerns serious. The remodel of the entrance and the halls are stunning. It’s like walking into a 5 star hotel. Only a few blocks from downtown which is amazing. I love the urban city feel. Which is what I’m use to. Definitely the neat place in the valley. Also I met great neighbors on day one. Just overall a great place to be if you’re looking for city life without crazy city cost

Awesome place

I really enjoy living at P & P Mill, the unique character of this building is unlike no other, I really love the layout of my loft. Tons of closet space and the high ceilings are unreal!! I absolutely would recommend this place!
